Hello, I’m Jeff. I spent 15 summers running tour companies in Alaska and five years teaching in Taiwan — and somehow survived both.

Along the way, I realized leading adults isn’t so different from teaching kids: they respond to snacks, structure, autonomy, and someone who actually listens.

Elementary Leadership is my project to show how I mix education and management, share lessons, tell stories, and maybe make you laugh while helping people grow — without losing your mind.
